Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase because, let’s face it, you deserve it. If for any reason you’re not thrilled, here’s how we handle returns:

You’ve got 30 days from the moment your fabulous swag arrives to decide if it’s your new favorite thing or not. If it’s not, as long as it’s in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, you can send it back for a refund or exchange.

If your item shows up with a defect—because sometimes even the best-laid plans go awry—you have 30 days to let us know. We’ll make it right faster than you can say, “This is definitely defective.”

Now, a quick note for the deal-hunters out there: all sale items are final sale. If you snagged a bargain, it’s yours to keep. No backsies, sorry.

To get started with a return, email us at studio@jewishswagshop.org with your order number and what’s up. We’ll guide you through the next steps, no dramatic soundtracks required.

Refunds will head back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return, and while shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless it’s our fault), we promise to process things quickly.
